ob33 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, bonuses and transactions on the ob33 platform. By accessing the ob33 website or application or by creating an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted all of these terms.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Restrictions and Eligibility

The minimum age to register and participate on the ob33 platform is 21. At the time of registration you must confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Other Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• If you are a resident of a country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited, you may not use ob33.
• ob33 employees, their family members or employees of affiliated companies may not participate in certain promotions.

ob33 may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for age verification purposes. Providing false information about your age is a legal offence and carries the risk of account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ob33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We provide deposit and withdrawal facilities via bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

Deposit Rules

• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from accounts registered in the name of a third party are not accepted.
• If a deposit does not go through for any reason, notify the support team immediately.

Withdrawal Rules

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must be a minimum of ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 5–30 minutes to process. In special circumstances this may take somewhat longer.
• If there is an active bonus on the account, withdrawals cannot be made until the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same method and account used for the deposit.

ob33 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending additional verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ob33 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, and failure to comply with them may result in the bonus being cancelled.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x. This means you must wager 25 times the total of the deposit and bonus before making a withdrawal.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• After the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will automatically be converted to real balance.
• If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus after claiming it may result in permanent account closure.
• ob33 reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The outcome of all games and bets on ob33 is determined in a fair and transparent manner. Our game providers use internationally recognised Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the outcome of a game is affected by a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football and badminton. Special betting markets are available for major tournaments such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events and FIFA tournaments.

• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Payments will be determined on the basis of officially announced results.
• Odds may change during in-play betting.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ob33 platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Any form of fraud, hacking or use of unauthorised software.
• Participation in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting unverified markets or technical errors.
• Registering using a false identity or false information.
• Using ob33's intellectual property or assets without authorisation.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ob33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.

Reasons for Account Closure by ob33

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Your balance will be settled before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be considered void.

After the account is closed, your personal information will be retained in accordance with our policy.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
